1. Product Accuracy & Replicas

  • Replica Nature: We specialize in high-quality unstitched and stitched replicas (Master Copies). While we strive for 100% accuracy, slight variations in embroidery patterns, lace designs, and embellishments may occur compared to the original designer’s promotional photos.

  • Color Variation: Due to photographic lighting and different device screen settings, the actual color of the product may vary slightly from what you see on your screen.

  • Jewelry: Our "Steel Polish" and "Kundan" jewelry are imitation pieces. We do not claim they are real silver, gold, or precious gemstones unless explicitly stated.

2. Pricing & Payments

  • We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.

3. Shipping & Delivery

  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 24-48 hours.

  • Delivery Timeline: Standard delivery takes 3-5 working days across [Your Country]. Delays may occur during festive seasons or public holidays.

  • Verification: We may call or WhatsApp you to confirm your order. Unverified orders will not be dispatched.

4. Exchange & Return Policy

  • Damaged Items: If you receive a damaged or wrong product, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery with opening video/photos as proof.

  • Unstitched Suits: Once a suit is stitched or the fabric is cut, it cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • Jewelry: Due to hygiene reasons, earrings and jewelry sets are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged.

  • Change of Mind: We do not offer refunds for "change of mind." Exchanges may be allowed at the management's discretion, with the customer bearing all shipping costs.

5. Order Cancellation

  • You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placement. Once the order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled.

  • Frequent cancellations or refusal of COD orders may lead to a permanent ban from our store.

6. Limitation of Liability
