Refund & Exchange Policy

Protect yourself from "Change of Mind" returns on unstitched fabric and jewelry.

Title: Returns & Exchanges At Thriftpk.store customer satisfaction is our priority. Please read our policy carefully:

• Damaged/Wrong Items: If you receive a damaged product or the wrong design, notify us within 24 hours of delivery. Note: An unboxing video is mandatory to claim a return for damages.

• Non-Returnable Items:

  • Jewelry: Due to hygiene reasons, earrings and Saharay sets cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • Stitched/Cut Fabric: Once unstitched fabric is cut or stitched by your tailor, it is no longer eligible for exchange.

• Color Disclaimer: 5–10% variation in color due to professional lighting or screen resolution is not considered a defect.

• Exchange Process: If eligible, the customer must ship the item back to our warehouse. Once inspected, a replacement will be sent. We do not offer cash refunds.
